We have the seeds. We have the ground

We have been meaning to make a vegie patch for such a long time and have decided that THIS is the year we finally do it! There is a perfect spot in our yard that is not used. It's overgrown. It's sunny. It is screaming out to be a vegie patch.

We went to the garden shop and bought a few packs of seeds to get us ready. We are going to plant them in little boxes first while they start off, and will then move them into the vegie patch. Here's our selection - cucumber, carrot, brocolli, pumpkin & tomato. J is obsessed with brocolli at the moment, so that is mainly for him. I do love it too though.
