My Creative Space

Morning!

In my creative space today, I thought that I would be writing about working on my bag bags that I'm making for my next market stall.

Here they are cut out and ready to sew


But, we had a bit of a sewing emergency this morning. Mister 3 year old was playing with his Iggle Piggle and there was a disaster..... WHERE was Iggle Piggle's blanket???? Gone. We can't find it. So, Jack suggested that I "make Iggle one on your machine."

We rumaged through the fabric cupboard and Jack selected a train print flanelette.


We cut it out, pinned it together and did a quick sew on the sewing machine. And voila! Iggle Piggle has a new blanket.



And, you know what? I think his new blanket much nicer than his old, red, boring one!!

    Oh that is a cute new blankie! It's such a huge drama when special cuddlies or toys go missing, isn't it :)

    Such a lovely story! I bet that Mister # loves that blanket almost as much as Iggle Piggle. Those bags look gorgeous! Can't awit to see them all made up. Hope you're having a brilliant week :)
