My Creative Space

This week I was lucky enough to have one WHOLE day to myself. Yes. A whole day. Wow! I  had to decide between sleeping or sewing... and what do you think I chose? I'll give you a hint... my eyes were not closed!

I put on girly movies (The Princess Bride and Legally Blonde) and sewed away to my heart's content. Without interuption. What bliss! I made the shells of 20 tote bags for my next market. 20! I felt such achievement for that day. And very relaxed.

Here's some of the totes. They just need finishing and handles.




Also this week I've been making up mini yo yo clips. I made big ones for my last market and I had people comment that they'd love smaller ones. So, I've been making some up and I really like them.

    It’s amazing how much you can squeeze into one precious day post kids isn’t it?? I’m sure I never got as much done when a day to myself wasn’t such a treat! Well done on twenty bags underway – you deserve a pat on the back.
